In 2009 collaborated with IT Media Consulting, a consultancy company in the content sector, as a consultant in the field of content analysis and regulation of electronic communications markets; responsible for organizing the conference “Fixed-mobile convergence within the NGN” together with AGCOM and the International Institute of Communications, Italian Chapter.

In the period 2009-2010 collaborated with Schema31 as Program Manager for the design and implementation of information systems for Public Administrations (Lazio Region).

In 2005 had the role of head of relations with suppliers in Westim, a company in the import of household appliances sector, in 2008 collaborated with the University of Malta.

In 2009 carried out an internship at AGCOM, dealing with the implementation of the guidelines for the design of the integrated information system “The Observatory of the markets of communications and technologies”.

From 2004 to 2005 held the position of assistant to the financial director in a Russian-French company “Beaute Accomplie”, operating in the sector of the distribution of cosmetic products, carrying out reporting and financial analysis activities, preparation of the financial statements, drafting of Cash Flows.

In 2005 graduated from the State University of Economics and Finance in Saint-Petersburg Russia and received the Bachelor of Honors in Economics and Finance and Financial Instruments.

In 2008 achieved the MBA Degree (Executive Master in Business Administration) in the University of Malta.

In 2010 received the Master’s Degree in Public Administration (Master 2 livello in Ingegneria per le Pubbliche Amministrazioni) in the University of Rome, Tor Vergata.

In 2020 received a FMVA® Certificate (Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst) and CMSA® Certificate (Capital Markets & Securities Analyst) from Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), Vancouver, Canada.

In 2022 received an Advanced Diploma in Forensic Accounting – Level 5, Brentwood Open Learning College, Leicester, UK.
